Apartment Fees & Services

Our Monthly Fee Includes:

                 Receiving Rent

                 Pay Vendor Invoices

                 24 Hour Emergency Service

                 Regular Inspections

                 Monthly Financial Statements

                 Separate Trust Account

 

Fees for  Apartment Services: 

 2 units, the monthly fee is $70/unit = $140.

 3 units, the monthly fee is $65/unit = $195.

 4 units, the monthly fee is $60/unit = $240.

 5 units, the monthly fee is $55/unit = $275

 6 units or more, the monthly fee is $50/unit = $300+. 

We also offer a leasing service.
The leasing or renting fee is a $275 flat rate.
