Residential Services and Fees

Our Monthly Fee Includes:

	Receiving Rent
	Pay Vendor Invoices
	24 Hour Emergency Service
	Regular Inspections
	Monthly Financial Statements
	Separate Trust Account

Fees for Service

If the rent is less than $1599 a month, the fee is 7%, with a minimum of $89 and a maximum of $105.

If the rent is between $1600 and $2999 a month, the fee is 6%, with a minimum of $105 and a maximum of $165.

If the rent is greater than $3000 a month, the fee is 5%, with a minimum of $165 and a maximum of $190.

Leasing Fee for Residential

We also offer a leasing service. Leasing fees are as follows:

	If you utilize our monthly management services, the leasing fee is 4% of the gross annual lease.
	If you choose NOT to utilize our monthly management services, the leasing fee is 6% of the gross annual lease.
