 Dear Marti,

             The Board would like to express our appreciation for the high level of service accorded to us by your company since you assumed the management of our association.  As you know there were many unresolved problems carried over form our previous company which required resolution and now that they are behind us we can go forward.

             All of our ongoing concerns are being handled in an efficient manner and there have been none of the communication difficulties we encountered before we switched to T & T Management.

             We will be having an annual meeting within the next month and the new owners will be made acquainted with how to avail themselves of your help.
